When in for food around 10pm. Place was completely packed, and people just kept pouring in. Every worker was exhausted but cordial, attentive and responsive to everyone. The back kitchen was running like a well oiled machine. I watched them deal with a lot of attitudes and requests from cranky customers, some of which were really ridiculous. Not one worker got short or rude with the customers.

We had Lunch here today. Everything about our Experience was spot on for a fast food restaurant. The man that took our order was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The young man who brought out the food was also friendly and the food was hot and delicious.

Always great food, always exceptional customer service! I personally eat at this restaurant and I also work for multiple third party delivery services. Never had a bad experience and if there was a mix up, Whataburger graciously handled it very diligently and with smiles on their face!

First time Whataburger experience, the line was insanely long out the door. However the couple of people taking orders were moving people through very fast. I liked that when we ordered with each item they went through the options it made ordering for a large group run very smoothly. The burger was top notch, fries were good but pretty average. We had a big order and everything was made perfectly!! I'd definitely go back despite the long line.

The food was piping hot! Fries fresh out the grease and salted perfectly. The cashier gave me spicy ketchup & regular ketchup, which made the fries even better. The Strawberry Fanta soda has the strongest carbonation I've ever had. It definitely made me drink slowly and savor the sweet flavor. Great job Whataburger!
